When I bought it at the beginning, I was only excited about its principle and wanted to try it although I was not convinced, but when I used it, it is really efficacious in toning the abs, along with my regular cardio+ab exercises of course. In the first days, I felt the deep muscles in my abs for the first time in my life and especially the external obliques and transversal muscles. the good thing about it is the increasing intensities+resistance+different programs, so your muscles are not adapted and won't get 'bored', and are constantly stressed. Now, this is my 3rd week and till now it's just perfect. PS. I think that you should not have so much fat layers for this electric current to pass to muscles + bear in mind that you should exercise in parallel, this is absolutely no substitute for working out to burn fat + stay active not passive/dependent on outside stimuli to contract those small muscles.
